We have 6 locations across the Cincinnati area: Avondale, Bond Hill, Westwood, North College Hill, Springdale, and Allison St. Each location has 100+ washers and dryers.

Avondale, Bond Hill, Westwood, and North College Hill are open 24/7 — every day, including holidays. Springdale is open 7 AM – 10 PM daily, and Allison St is open 6 AM – 11 PM daily.

Attendants are available during staffed hours at most locations. Not all locations have attendants overnight, but machines are fully operational 24/7 at our four around-the-clock locations.

Yes — free parking is available at all Super Laundry locations, right at the door. No walking across a lot with your laundry.

Laundry Love is a free community laundry program we host at our Westwood and Avondale locations every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 6–8 PM. All costs are covered — machines, detergent, and dryers. Individuals get up to 2 free loads; families get up to 4. No registration required.

Each location has 100+ washers and dryers, with a mix of sizes — from standard 2-load machines up to large 8-load capacity washers for bulky items.

Absolutely. We have large-capacity machines up to 8-load size — perfect for king-size comforters, sleeping bags, area rugs, and other bulky bedding. Most home washers can't handle these items properly.

You're welcome to bring your own. We also have detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry supplies available via vending machines on-site at all locations.

Most wash cycles run 28–40 minutes depending on the machine size and cycle selected. Dryers typically take 40–60 minutes. Most customers finish their entire laundry in under 90 minutes.

All locations accept Cash · Card · Tap — including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Allison St location also accepts coins and quarters, making it the only location with coin-operated machines.

Yes. Load $20 or more onto your account and we'll add $1 free — automatically, every time, at any location. At our Springdale location, spend $30 and earn $3 back automatically.

Yes, change machines are available at our coin-operated locations. At card and tap locations, you won't need change at all.

Drop off your laundry and our attendants wash, dry, and fold everything for you. Priced by the pound — most orders are ready same-day or next-day. Available at Springdale, Avondale, Bond Hill, Westwood, and North College Hill.

Yes — pickup and delivery is currently available through our Springdale location. Schedule in advance; same-day pickup is subject to availability. We pick up, wash, fold, and deliver everything back to your door.

We don't offer dry cleaning. Items labeled dry-clean-only should be taken to a dry cleaner. Our drop-off service cannot accept leather, suede, fur, or delicate hand-wash-only garments.

Drop-off is priced by the pound. Current rates are posted in-store and confirmed at check-in by our attendants. Payment is due at pickup.

Contact the specific location as soon as possible. Found items are logged and held for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to local charity. Email info@superlaundry24.com or call (513) 873-5939.

Each situation is reviewed case-by-case. Contact our management team within 24 hours with the location, machine number, and details about the item. For drop-off orders, damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.

We ask that you stay with your laundry or return promptly. Items left in washers more than 15 minutes after a cycle ends, or dryers more than 20 minutes, may be moved to folding tables or carts. Super Laundry is not responsible for unattended items.

Unclaimed drop-off orders are held for 7 days, then logged as unclaimed. After 30 days, items are donated. Compensation for damage or loss is capped at 10× the processing charge for affected items. Normal laundering effects such as shrinkage, fading, or pilling are not covered.
