Guidelines for machine use, drop-off service, conduct, and what to expect at every Super Laundry location.

Machine Use

  • Avoid overloading washers or dryers — this prevents equipment damage and ensures proper cleaning
  • Use only laundry detergent and dryer sheets; bleach goes in the dispenser tray only
  • Clean lint traps before and after dryer use to prevent fire hazards
  • Report malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately; do not attempt repairs
  • Remove laundry promptly when cycles finish so other customers can access machines
  • Allison St location accepts Cash · Card · Tap and is also the only location with coin-operated machines (quarters accepted)
Never wash or dry items contaminated with flammable substances — gasoline, oil, paint thinner, grease, or solvents. This is a fire hazard and strictly prohibited.

Unattended Laundry

We ask that you stay with your laundry or return promptly when your cycle ends. Out of respect for other customers, machines should be freed up as soon as they're done.

  • Washers: laundry left for 15+ minutes after a cycle ends may be moved to folding tables by staff
  • Dryers: laundry left for 20+ minutes may be removed to a cart
  • At unstaffed hours, customers are responsible for moving laundry promptly when cycles complete
Please note: Super Laundry is not responsible for items removed from machines due to inactivity.

Drop-Off Wash-Dry-Fold Service

Drop-off service is priced by the pound. Most orders are ready for same-day or next-day pickup — turnaround is confirmed at the time of drop-off.

  • Items not accepted: dry-clean only, delicate hand-wash, leather, suede, fur
  • Pre-existing damage is processed at customer risk
  • Orders are never mixed with other customers' laundry
  • Payment is due at pickup
Damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. Maximum compensation is 10× the processing charge for affected items.
Unclaimed orders after 7 days are logged as unclaimed. After 30 days, items are donated to local charity.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery is currently available through our Springdale location. All drop-off wash-dry-fold terms apply to pickup and delivery orders.

  • Pickups must be scheduled in advance
  • Laundry must be bagged and accessible at the scheduled time
  • Provide a correct and accessible delivery address
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup
Super Laundry is not liable for delays caused by weather or traffic conditions.

Refunds & Machine Malfunctions

If a machine fails mid-cycle, please report it right away. Refunds are issued for verified equipment failures — not for user error.

  • Report a failed cycle to an attendant immediately while present
  • At unstaffed hours: call (513) 873-5939 or email within 24 hours — include the machine number and time of the issue
  • Drop-off and delivery refunds are handled case-by-case within 24 hours of order receipt
Self-service refund cap: Refunds for machine malfunctions are limited to the cost of the failed cycle.

Lost & Found

If you've left something behind, contact the specific location as soon as possible. Found items are logged and held for 30 days — after that, unclaimed belongings are donated to local charity.

Super Laundry is not responsible for unattended personal belongings left in the laundromat.

Conduct & Safety

Super Laundry locations are shared community spaces. We ask everyone to respect fellow customers and staff.

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all premises
  • Children must be supervised at all times; no playing on or around equipment
  • Harassment or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal and a potential permanent ban
  • Loitering without active laundry use is not permitted
  • Please keep noise at a reasonable level; use headphones for personal audio
All locations are monitored by 24/7 security cameras. Super Laundry reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

  • Super Laundry is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to unattended personal property
  • Self-service claim limit: refund of the cycle payment only
  • Drop-off and delivery claim limit: 10× the processing charge for affected items, not to exceed the total order amount
